Go, My Sweet Hand

I really liked the "flake" effect on my previous deviation. So i made something
with the same effect again, because...well...just because.

Leave me some "useful" feedback/advice please, what i could improve here...maybe some help?
Because i really want to get better at composing and manipulating photos.
